The Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies is an interdisciplinary undergraduate degree that focuses on the academic, practical, and cultural dimensions of sport. This program blends elements of physical education, sports science, psychology, health, and management to provide students with a holistic understanding of the sports ecosystem.
Students gain knowledge of human movement, coaching principles, athlete development, sports media, event management, and the sociological and psychological aspects of sport. The curriculum includes both theoretical coursework and hands-on experience, including internships, workshops, and community outreach.
This program prepares students for careers in coaching, physical education, sports journalism, fitness training, event coordination, and athletic administration, as well as for higher studies in sports science or physical education.
