The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, established in 2008, has rapidly expanded its intake from 60 to 120 students, reflecting its excellence in academic delivery and infrastructure. The program is designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge in electronics, communication systems, digital signal processing, and embedded systems. With state-of-the-art laboratories and a highly qualified faculty, the department fosters both technical competence and entrepreneurial skills in its students.
The department is actively involved in organizing workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and national-level technical festivals like ELCOTSAV, which serves as a platform for students to showcase their technical prowess. Additionally, the annual NC-EVEN Conference attracts research scholars and industry experts to discuss emerging trends in ECE.
Through the ELECTRO-PHOENIX Student Association and active participation in IETE/ISF Student Chapters, students engage in various technical and extracurricular activities, promoting overall development. The department maintains strong industry ties through MoUs with leading IT companies and training centers, facilitating student placements and research collaborations.
An established alumni network and a robust mentoring system further contribute to the academic and professional growth of students, enabling them to secure placements in top MNCs, pursue higher studies at prestigious institutions, and venture into entrepreneurship.
